天宁寺塔--安阳市南关小学英语综合实践活动

Hello,eveyone.I was amazed at the wisdom of the ancients. Anyone who come back to Anyang will come and pay a visit.

Look，this is Anyang Tianning Temple. Anyang Tianning Temple is located in the West section of Wenfeng South Street. This is the gate of Tianning Temple, which is also the Mountain Gate in Buddhism.Why is it called Mountain Gate? Because most of the ancient temples were built in the quiet mountain forest. Please follow me to visit it.

This temple was built in the early years of Renshou in the Sui Dynasty.It was repaired and expanded in the Five Dynasties, Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties.

There is a pagoda in this temple,and in Chinese it is called “Wenfeng Ta”.Let’s climb it and feel the charm of the ancient pagoda.

There are 72 steps in this pagoda.Yon can climb to the top platform by the steps in the pagoda.Here you can overlook the whole old city of Anyang.

This five-story dark red brick tower is 38.65m high and unusually is larger at the top than the bottom.

With its long history and majestic architecture,Tianning Temple pagoda attracts many tourists at home and abroad.

看，这就是安阳的天宁寺。安阳天宁寺坐落在文峰南街的西段。这是天宁寺的大门，也就是佛教中的山门。为什么称为山门呢？那是因为大多数古寺庙都建在安静的山林中。请跟随我一起参观寺庙吧！

这座寺庙始建于隋朝仁寿初年。它曾在五代，唐、宋、元、明、清被修葺和扩建。

寺庙里有一座佛塔，它也被称之为“文峰塔”。让我们登上去感受古塔的魅力吧。

塔内有72级台阶。你可以沿塔内旋转阶梯登至塔顶。在这里你能俯瞰整个安阳老城。

这座五层深红色砖塔高38.65米，不同寻常的是，顶部比底部大。

天宁寺塔以其悠久的历史，雄伟的建筑吸引了许多国内外游客。
